If you’re near the sand on Friday, July 29th, at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Beach’s Woodstock’s Pizza is hosting a Coronado Brewing Company beer and pizza pairing dinner that is not to be missed. Connoisseurs of the cheesy stuff will be able to pair specialty slices, salads and desserts with a number of Coronado Brewing Company beers- all carefully-selected to enhance the taste of each bite. Some featured beers include For Days Session IPA, MerBear Rye IPA, Orange Ave Wit and Mermaid Red. The best part? There will be a Coronado beer expert in attendance to teach pizza partiers about each of the beer and pizza pairings. This intimate event is limited to 28 people and provides one-on-one interaction with this craft expert.
Ready for a second helping of fun? On Saturday, July 30th, at 5:00 p.m. The Woodstock’s El Cajon location is also getting hoppy with their Taste of Woodstock’s event. This event will include all of the pizza pairing bells and whistles but will be hosted with Border X Brewery. Their brewers will be in-house to teach guests about the featured beer, as each is paired with a different Woodstock’s Pizza Combo.
