December Cocktails!

Twas the nights of December, when all around San Diego
bars prepared for the holiday crowd, who are busily on the go.
They each have prepared a cocktail with care,
in hopes to satisfy all those with some holiday flare.

The bartenders at Ginger’s are waiting upstairs,
to shake up a Pocket Rocket for customers ready for theirs.
Made with Skyy Citrus Vodka, Maraschino and strawberry
just add lemon juice and simple syrup, for a drink that will make you merry.

While over in Uptown they have concocted a cocktail oh so dreamy
they call it their Salted Caramel Espresso Martini.
With a pour of Stoli salted caramel vodka, Kahula and espresso,
it’s topped with whip cream and a decadent drizzle of caramel also.

Now who’s looking for some holiday wine?
Toscana has the perfect one for all those who dine.
They recommend their sweet and spicy William Hill Merlot,
which is perfect for a holiday dinner and maybe a nice winter glow.

This December, Viva will show you that Tequila can be holiday drink
with their Jalisco Smoke cocktail with flavors in sync.
With Cazadores Reposado, some lime juice and cinnamon syrup
this cocktail is finished with bitters, oj, and a mescal float that will inspire you to drink up.

Don’t worry beer drinkers, PB AleHouse didn’t forget about you.
They have a holiday batch perfectly named Winter Warmer brew.
11 pounds of ginger, 3 pounds of cinnamon sticks and 36 ounces of orange zest later,
this 7% BAC in-house beer will make your holidays oh so much greater.
