Souplantation in Del Mar is reinvigorating its already delicious menu with some new, healthy additions, created by raw food chef Joy Houston. Famous for its healthy approach to family dining, Souplantation is a favorite among busy professionals and busy moms!
On Thursday, the grand re-opening was held amongst great enthusiasm from the community. Even more, 10% of the night's proceeds were donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito.
Check out the crowds! The lines were super long, but filled with good spirits and laughter.

Meanwhile, the sweet servers were busily passing out cookies, muffins, and cupcakes to the excited diners!
There were gourmet appetizers to be had, such as caprese salad on a skewer.
The VIP section included a demonstration of the new menu items by Joy Houston, and live music!
But of course, the real star was the amazing buffet of yummy salad, soup, and pastas! All homemade, and all delicious.
